- Genova Principe central railway station is 2 km from the hotel. Take either a taxi or one of the AMT buses (20, 30, 34) that will bring you to Piazza Fontana Marose in less than ten minutes. From here enter Via 25 Aprile, turn left into Vico Testadoro and then right into Via S. Sebastiano. The City Hotel is at number 6.
- Genova Brignole railway station is around 1 km from the hotel. Take a taxi or AMT bus (18) that will leave you close to the metro stop in Piazza De Ferrari. From the piazza head in the direction of the Teatro Carlo Felice opera house and enter Via 25 Aprile. Then turn right into Vico Domoculta. The Best Western City Hotel is at Via S. Sebastiano 6.

- For those arriving from the south (Motorway A12) take the "Genova Est" exit. Continue along Via Bobbio for 500 metres, at the traffic lights turn right into Via Montaldo, on arrival at the top cross Piazza Manin and descend into Via Assarotti. At the end of this street turn right to enter a tunnel and then turn left on exiting. Proceed, passing Piazza Fontane Marose and Via XXV Aprile. At the end of the road turn left (obligatory turn) into Via Roma, after 50 metres turn left again into Via San Sebastiano. The hotel is 50 metres along the road.
- For those arriving from the north (Motorway A7) take the "Genova Ovest" exit. Proceed along the overpass and take the "Centro Città" exit. Enter the tunnel and on exiting turn into Via XII Ottobre. On arrival in Piazza Corvetto enter the tunnel in front of you, on exiting turn left and continue, passing Piazza Fontane Marose and Via XXV Aprile. At the end of the road turn left (obligatory turn) into Via Roma, after 50 metres turn left again into Via San Sebastiano. The City Hotel is 50 metres along the road.
